COUNTER MATS AND CARDS

If you have a need to communicate special information between languages, our Counter Mats and Cards may be the perfect solution. You tell us what you want to communicate such as medical information, machine parts, financial information, maintenance instructions, check-in information or anything else. We will create a customized counter mat or card for you.

These mats and cards are laminated in 10 mil thickness and are very durable. With sealed edges they can be cleaned with a soft, moist cloth. Rounded corners provide needed safety from scratches. The size of the counter mats and cards is approximately 11 3/8 inches by 8 7/8 inches.

These cards contain your terminology, your logo, your languages and are custom designed to your needs.

The Process for Creating a Customized Counter Mat/Card

The process is simple. Download this Word file with the instructions and input form. The form helps you to identify the inputs for the customized counter mat or card. Fax (404-504-0201) or email the input form to us.

We take your word list and convert it to the target language. We will send the translated word list to you for your approval. This is important because in most languages more than one word may be used for an action or target.

After your approval of the word list, we create the icons for the counter mat/card and design the layout. We will send to you a pre-printing approval copy of the final version. After we make your changes and gain your final approval, we produce your counter mat/card order.

The whole process normally takes approximately four weeks.

Customized counter mats/cards require 25% of the total price to be paid at the beginning of the work and the remaining 75% paid upon delivery (30 days net).
